只管斬己--SHIKANZANKI FOR SEEKERS--

【STORY】
◯ある営業チームでチーム名を決めようということになったんです。どんなチームにしたいのか意見を出し合いました。
・ギスギスしていない
・数字を達成する
・助け合える
といくつか出たところで、ChatGPTにチーム名を聞いてみました。その中でなかなか良いねとなったチーム名が「ふんわりアチーブ」でした。「ふんわりアチーブ」でほぼ決まりかけたとき、一人だけ発言していないメンバーがいたんです。
君はどう思う？と聞いたところ、普段から口数少なめの彼は「うーん」と悩んでいるようでした。彼はグレーシー柔術が趣味なので、「グレーシー柔術で好きな技は何？」と質問を変えたら「キムラロックです」と即答してくれました。
チーム名が「ふんわりアチーブ」に決まって数日間、「ふんわりアチーブ」という言葉が何故か頭を離れませんでした。気がつくと、何、この呪い？って思うくらい「ふんわりアチーブ」をリフレインしている。あらためて考えてみると「ふんわり+アチーブ（達成）」って普通は一緒にしない言葉だし、なかなか趣がある。
ならば、ちょっとデザインしてみようってことで出来上がったのが、【FUNWARI ACHIVE】Tシャツです。ちゃんと「キムラロック」も入れてみましたｗ

【デザイン詳細】
◯フロント左胸にFUNWARIの＜F＞とACHIVEの＜A＞を取って＜FA＞のシンボルを配置しています。Aは営業数字がV字回復することを願って180度ひっくり返しました。

◯バックの腰あたりに【FUNWARI ACHIVE】をデザインしてみました。丸ゴシックなフォントでFUNWARIの雰囲気を出しています。
一方でACHIVEはカチッとしたフォントを使っています。ACHIVEのAはあえて逆さまにして、V字達成の願いを込めました。[KIMURA LOCK]もしっかり刻みました。

【素材と仕様】
ベース: Champion/チャンピオン クルーネックスウェットシャツ（10.0oz）
色: オックスフォードグレー
素材:リサイクルポリエステル100%
生地:裏起毛と同様に、添え糸編の一種。地編み糸とは別に、裏側に細い糸を内側に出るように添えて編み、編目の一部を長く引き出すことによりパイル状の編地となります。そのパイル状が肌と生地の間に空気を含むため、快適な着心地を与えます。

※環境に配慮されたリサイクルポリエステル100％の素材で、従来のコットン100％素材より形状安定性に優れ、吸汗速乾機能がついた生地を使用したクルーネックスウェットシャツです。 左袖にChampionロゴワッペンが付いています。


STORY
There was a discussion in a sales team about deciding on a team name. We shared our thoughts on what kind of team we wanted:

Not tense
Achieving targets
Helping each other
After brainstorming, we asked ChatGPT for suggestions. Among the names suggested, we liked "Funwari Achieve" the most. Just as we were about to finalize the name, we realized there was one member who hadn't voiced their opinion. When asked, the usually quiet member seemed to ponder. Knowing he was a fan of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, we changed the question to "What's your favorite technique in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu?" He immediately answered, "Kimura Lock."

For several days after deciding on "Funwari Achieve" as the team name, I couldn't get the phrase out of my head. It kept repeating like a mantra. On reflection, the combination of "Funwari" (gentle) and "Achieve" (to accomplish) was unusual and intriguing. This inspired me to create the "FUNWARI ACHIEVE" T-shirt. I even included a reference to "Kimura Lock."

Design Details
Front:The symbol "FA" combines "F" from FUNWARI and "A" from ACHIEVE. The "A" is flipped 180 degrees, symbolizing a V-shaped recovery in sales figures.
Back:"FUNWARI ACHIEVE" is designed at the lower back area. "FUNWARI" is in a rounded Gothic font to convey a gentle atmosphere, while "ACHIEVE" is in a more rigid font, with the "A" intentionally inverted to symbolize V-shaped success. "KIMURA LOCK" is also included.

Material and Specifications
Base: Champion Crew Neck Sweatshirt (10.0oz)
Color: Oxford Gray
Material: 100% recycled polyester
Fabric: Similar to fleece, it is a type of supplementary yarn knitting. In addition to the base yarn, a thin yarn is added to the inside, creating a pile-like fabric by extending some of the stitches. This pile structure traps air between the fabric and the skin, providing a comfortable fit.
Note: This crew neck sweatshirt is made from 100% recycled polyester, an eco-friendly material that offers better shape retention and moisture-wicking properties compared to traditional 100% cotton materials. It also features the Champion logo patch on the left sleeve.
